During lockdown periods we operate under the new COVID lockdown procedures. 

You will still be able to visit our office for the purposes of renting a property, renting out your property or moving home; please contact us to book an appointment to do so.

Also, property viewings will be able to continue via virtual viewings, virtual tours (pre recorded) or in person. No bulk viewings will be carried out, but individuals or couples may make an appointment, but masks and gloves MUST be worn at all times.

We still have a range of essential engineers/workmen operating during the lockdown period, but please do bear with us if it takes slightly longer than normal during this time.

We will still have essential workmen/engineers active to carry out repairs, but please bear with us works may take slightly longer than normal. 

You are still permitted under the new rules to move home/view properties/obtain evaluations/book a removal firm during this period however you must follow the national guidance on moving home safely found here:

In the office- face masks must be worn. 2+ meter distancing with staff is in place- which is marked out up to the counter area.

Viewings can be made during all tiers but we ask that everyone wears a mask and gloves. If you are at risk or have a mask exception we would recommend a virtual viewing instead (please call for more information).

If you have an engineer/workmen visit your property, please ensure you ventilate the property well and after you have let them in wear a mask.

 Please keep as much distance as possible during the visit.

If you are showing COVID-like symptoms, consider postponing works until a later date.
